Inversion/Handstand workshop
Hey hey! I’m coming Back to SMASH. This time to teach all about INVERSIONS and HANDSTANDS :) Handstands have been a favorite in my practice for sometime now and I love sharing this practice with others. We will move through some postures like Down Dog to learn how to build both strength and flexibility. I'll show you some tricks of the trade, how to breath, alignment, and of course some really funky variations in and out of these Handstands :) Oh, and if you missed us Silly Walking at Acro, no worries, we'll be silly walking again :)
This workshop will include:
-joint mobility/ functional range conditioning
-warm up for going upside down
-a little anatomy 😉
-handstands and puppy presses
-legs up the wall
-dolphin
